Shipping Details

At FlexiGlove, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you'll find all the information you need about our shipping process.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you have a specific shipping requirement, please contact us before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
